    No.
    There was a large double spa on the upper deck at one time, but for some reason they removed it last year.

    I was disappointed as well when i found that out. I called Harrah's and asked them, and they confirmed that they do not have a hot tub. Someone on here argued the fact the the " Oyster " website showed and said they had a hot tub, and I even wrote them to tell them their website is out of date, but they refused to update it.
