I'm looking to do both of these in early July. What is the cheapest way to get tickets for these shows? Hammer at 4 queens and Absinthe at Ceasars. I'm platinum at CET and see the BOGO is no good for Absinthe. Any ideas. I know Mike Hammer is cheap anyway but looking for any coupons or ideas.

For Mike Hammer, American Casino Guide has 2 for 1 coupons in the book. They also sell discounts at the Tix4Tonite booth in the front of Four Queens, and they occasionally pass out coupons on Fremont Street in the hours leading up to the show. The easiest option is to get a Four Queens Player's card and show it at the Four Queens box office, right next to the hotel lobby outside of the theater. That will get you a nice discount as well, and sometimes a free cocktail.

Absinthe usually has someone passing out $20 coupons near their ticket booth during the daytime, which brings it to the same price as Tix4Tonite, but without the extra footwork and service fees.

    Both are worth seeing.

If you want to get your tickets for Absinthe in advance, using the promotion code "ABS20" at ticketmaster.com will get you general admission tickets for $69 bucks each. Unfortunately, ticketmaster rapes you with fees. There's an 11.95 per ticket convenience charge and a 6.90 per ticket additional taxes charge. That brings that $69 ticket price up to $87.85. Then there's the additional $2.50 charge to print out your tickets at home.
I'm told this is close to the same price you would end up paying at Tix4Tonite (and with ticketmaster you don't have to wait in line), but probably not as cheap as sammasseur's suggestion.

when we went to Absinthe, we checked with the concierge in Caesar's and she was able to give us the $20 off flyer. We really enjoyed that show, raunchy and definitely not politically correct, but fun!

I got tix to Hamner for $10 at tix4tonight in 4 Queens. I also used the tix4tonight $2 off ACG coupon which primarily saved me the tix4tonight fee. I would have had a better time staying outside and watching the free entertainment on Fremont, but my DH found him entertaining.
