I have 3 free nights at wynncore plus 300 in free play. I mostly play there because my offers at Cosmo and MGM have been terrible but I also don't gamble there much. Sort of the chicken and egg deal got to spend to get. I am only 27 and would like to try a few other casinos. I got about 18k in mlife points in about 2 hours of play but that's all I played there. Wondering if anyone has had a host and luck with getting someone to match a Wynn offer. I want to find a host to grow old with sort of speak. If I'm going to spend more and more each trip I would like some free rooms otherwise I will stick solely to the wynn

Getting someone to match an offer, especially at that level is slim. They may lean towards giving you something more, but probably not.

Since you have a track record at MGM, that is what they are going to use for upfront offers. Anything else will be evaluated AFTER you play. If you want MGM to give you more, then play heavier there on your next visit.

Find a host, forward that offer from Wynn and see if you can get their attention.

Humm good question? I know within the MGM properties they match. You should call Wynn ask to speak with a host and ask him/her about this, they just may match it, they are all in competition for the gamblers not just the teeny boppers who party, it's just my opinion that some resorts still vie for the gambler

you can always call a host, tell him your play level and see what he will do. you may get them to match the offer, but more than likely they'll give you something smaller upfront and the rest at the end of your trip based on play. it will take a trip or 2 where they can see your play before they will extend the better offers.

I am confused with your response.

    The offer was from Wynn
    Why call Wynn host?

This is where up front money may come into play. Ask a MGM host how much of an up front deposit it would take for them to match Wynn. He may give you a number then you can decide if it's worth it. If the number is within your bankroll amount, then it would cost you nothing to switch properties.

Seeing as its Las Vegas you could always take a gamble on it.

Next trip stay at Wynn, play the free play they give, take all that they'll offer, but totally stiff them on any level of play beyond the freeplay... then do all your gambling at one or two MGM properties, the ones that interest you the most (don't spread your play around too much and visit all their casinos and do a little gambling in each of them).

I'm sorry I should have stated to check with other properties, ask to speak with a host, everyone gets different answers/perks/Offers/etc. you just never know, I've never gone outside of an MGM propert for matching an offer? My apology for the confusion.
