Closest grocery store

I am going to be getting a taxi from the airport and going to the Mirage. I want to stop and get some snacks,water and alcohol. What is the best store along the shortest route to the Mirage?

I have read some other post saying Walmart and Von's but those stores seem to be out of the way. I don't want to rack up a big taxi bill to get these items if there is a better choice along the way.

 

Walk across the street to the Walgreens at Venetian.


Or the Vons on Tropicana.

 

I agree... just go across the street... it won't be quite as cheap as Wal-Mart/Von's, but the cab waiting fee will easily negate that. Walgreen's will be a lot less-expensive than the mini-bar that's for sure.

There is also an ABC store in Fashion Show Mall, thats on the other side of Ti.

 

And you can ride the tram from Mirage to TI and back ...
