I heard from someone that they have a special floor with a seperate dining area that the guests can have breakfast, lunch and dinner and certain times of the day. Is this true?

Are you talking about the concierge-level suites or the Paiza club? Anyone can book the concierge-level suites - I don't know if you can get a full meal for free in the concierge lounge, probably just access to the concierge lounge, a light buffet and free non-alcoholic beverages for a slightly higher than average room rate - I'm sure there's info about that on their website.

There's also a VIP lounge on the casino floor that you need to be either Gold or Platinum Grazie level to access - and then there's the Paiza club on the 50th floor, which is invitation only and has full meal service 24/7.

wrrossi, just run a search for Palazzo Prestige. I have a room booked there for early August. I did the cost benefit analysis and it was a pretty good deal. Remember they waive the resort fee if you are booking a Prestige room.

When I was reading about it last year, after seeing a deal on the Paiza club level, I swear I saw alcoholic drinks were included. Maybe just part of that specific deal...

Edit: I was thinking about Prestige

They do serve a cocktail hour, breakfast, afternoon snacks and an evening food thing.
