I know a few casinos have $25 tables for tiles, but does anyone know of a place that might have it for $15?

Last time I was in the Luxor in August, I saw a $15 table.
The strip was very vacant that week. So not sure if they have it all the time or just during slow periods.
This is the only place I saw it spread for less than $25.
Hopefully, someone has more recent info for you.

I am unaware of a Pai Gow Tiles game at Luxor. I believe they have pai gow poker but not tiles.

Harrahs is gonna be your best bet on the strip. They routinely have a $15 Game.

The following casinos regularly have the game at the following minimums:
    MGM Grand - 25
    Paris - I have seen 15 and 25
    Harrahs - 15
    Venetian - 25
    Palazzo - 25
    Wynn - 25
    Encore - 25
(During slow times they only have the game open at one or the other
Treasure Island does not regularly open their game
    Mirage - 25
Caesars - 100 - In Palace Court and never less than 100
    Bellagio - 25
    Aria - 25
    Mandalay Bay - 25

I have played at all these casinos many times and would be happy to give you my opinion on dealers, atmosphere, etc.

    How to learn?

I read about this game and it seems pretty interesting, but for the life of me I can't see how to learn the hands and what is better than what.

I know the dealer can set my hand for me, but with what I know now I still won't know why I won/lost or if I have a good hand. Any tips on how to learn to understand this game?

I'm actually planning on buying a set for my house to screw around with. I was talking with a pai gow poker dealer at the Wynn last week, and he said he used to deal it, but hasn't done it in 6 months. So he was pretty sure he wouldn't remember how to play it again without a refresher. I totally forgot about Harrah's having it over in the middle section. I picked up one of those "how to play" sheets from Paris, their table was set to $25. Pairs seem easy, it's just the sets above the top matching pair that I would need to learn consistently. I don't mind paying $25 per hand, it just seems a steep price to pay to "learn" a game. I thought about heading over to Gold Coast (that's the one next to Rio, correct?). If it is, that place is nothing but Pai Gow and Baccarat tables. Which is awesome, I just couldn't remember if they had Tiles there.

http://www.paigow.com has a very extensive tutorial for learning how to play.

wizardofodds.com also has a pai gow section with a free play game so you can practice.

I bought a set of tiles from amazon to practice at home as well.
