    My Trip Report

I have been kinda under the weather so a few more details will follow.....

Southwest Airlines from Indy to Las...super smooth.....upon arrival in LAS walked right up to shuttle stand, paid my 6.50 and within 35 mins. of the airplane door opening I was at the Flamingo...that was a record...there were only 4 people on the Bell trans. shuttle and I was last to get on at 6:30p.m....I had never ridden a shuttle of that type from the airport that didn't fill to capacity.

Profit = 1k:beer:......this includes a W-2G win of 1297.30 on the Enchanted Unicorn Slot...I normally split my time between video keno (no comments, i know its a bad gig) and video poker.....so the rest of the trip was pretty much evened out amongst 2 4OAK on VP and numerous 5/5 and 6/6 and 6/7 hits on 4 Card keno 25 cent at Harrah's and Bally's

Different restaraunts eaten at = 4 ...Ellis Island $4.99 Steak and Eggs with an extra order of toast was an easy walk from the Flamingo........Grand Lux Cafe Venetian Belgian Waffle with Blueberries and Ham Steak and bottomless coffee = 21.00 plus tip.......Mon Ami Gabi, Paris Las Vegas Blueberry French Toast, Bacon, and bottomless coffee = 24.00, BLT Burger at The Mirage Classic Burger, Fat Fries, Chocolate shake = 20.00 plus tip....I didnt have a bad meal at the aforementioned, but , hey, I like food.
At the Flamingo, I ate 2 times at the Tropical Breeze Cafe (this used to be Lindy's when it was the Hilton) and the food overall was average...tuna salad sandwich one meal and prime rib the next...just okay...once again around 20.00 plus tip for each meal....

Hotel = Flamingo....Go Room 28048 ...check in took like 15 mins., tops... awesome Strip view south...now, I was told I was upgraded to the top floor (without asking) but I don't quite know if there is any difference among the GO Rooms....anyway, the room was smooth as silk, but I am easy to please..especially since it was comped.

anyway what few details so far = a RETURN trip July 17 thru the 20th....

So hopefully a few of you will be in town so I can put faces to the nicknames!!
