Nice pics of the room. How did you get this "upgrade"? Was it comped? Paid for when checking in? And what is a potato knish? Was it good? What's in it? And how much?

I was being sarcastic when I said "upgrade" -- ok, the West Wing rooms are nice, don't get me wrong....but we slipped the $20 at checkin and wanted their celebrity Spa suite that we got one before. The guy told us that there were none available but that he would give us an upgraded WW room. 10 miles later.....(it was a LONG walk down the hall to get to this room) this is the room we got. It is nice, but alot smaller than the regular rooms and also, there was no window to look out of. We did pay for our stay this time ($69/nt on a players club offer -- it's been a LONG time since we have stayed for free) and that sneaky guy got our $20!

As for the Knish -- it is basically seasoned mashed potatoes baked with a crust around it....it's a Jewish thing. I'm not Jewish but my mom grew up in a jewish NY neighborhood so she instilled the love of the Knish in me! These are SO good. It is huge and I think it was only $4.95. Stage Deli inside the fourm shops at Caesars.

I'm already getting withdrawals...can't wait to go back in June to enjoy Vegas with my mom. We're gonna have the best time!

Thanks for posting the pictures. When I was looking at them , I was wondering how small their standard room was, if this was an upgrade. The room looked sooooo narrow. Also , I am not a fan of those kind of sinks. I have too much junk. Yea, that potatoe thingy looked so good, I might just have to try one of those. Nice picture of you. ( I guess it was you ) and of course the bike. Thanks , Kathy
