I'm posting this in hopes of atoning for my sin. For it was only post hoc that I realized I should have only held the Aces rather than the entire dealt full house. Forgive me, father.

    For shame! Lol

I swear I kept seeing Queens full there myself and thought you misread it.

I've never converted breaking Aces full, fwiw.

Good thing these machines don't have a rabbit hunt feature.

Usually a no brainer, for me anyways to throw away the queens. Only losing 30 credits per hand for a chance at a 1955 credit p/h boost, but since theirs an 8x multiplier it make the decision a little tougher. 240 credits per hand or 15640 p/h credit chance. Either commit sin or curse win/when.

I know all the math, but there's no downside to preserving a $270 win on a $4.50 bet!

FWIW I would have done the same unless I was up quite a bit.

Don't take this personally, but NO NO NO NO NO. You must look at this as a $37 dollar mistake each time you do it. Forget about the "well, I'll take the $270 because odds are I'll just end up with only a $90 win."

If I was sitting next to you, I would have gladly handed you the $270 to let me play out the hand for myself. EVERY TIME.

There's no justifying making this play.

Yeah. I never though about doing that. I've seen some horrible plays on vp maybe before the person commits I could offer the win. How many of you would pay $270 for a guaranteed $90 w/ a chance at 12k? All day every day for me. But how would a casino handle that situation. You know the person you paid is going to be pissed if you hit.

I would ask that player to step aside, insert my card for the redraw and let the eye in the sky sort it out if there is a problem going forward.

If the follow up question is about who gets the W2-g.... been there many times. I just hand them MY card and ID when they come over. Had many hand pays with my wifes card in the machine.

My normal mode is put ID and Players Card on the machine and then move to another machine. Sometimes I hold he ID and Card in my hand and then sit across the aisle. I love to watch people try to play that machine - which of course will not take their money.

I saw that hand in your trip report, Tim. I'm still disappointed in myself for not recognizing the need to break the full house, but I did get this later in my trip...

I had a hand like that - full house with 3 aces. I asked the stranger next to me what he'd do. He said hold it and proceeded to hold the full house and press deal for me. Annoying. I didn't ask him to make the decision for me.

That's weird. I would immediately say "what are you doing?" if he began touching my machine without permission.

And nice multiplier hit @jimboguy ! Been quite a while since I had a 10X quad in the game.

He was pretty fast for an old guy. I never thought he was going to press deal. Kind of pissed me off but he meant well. Guess I won't ask for opinions from strangers again.

    you're a woman right?
Old men do weird shit to women in casinos...
If someone did that to my machine, I'd of immediately called security and had him removed from the casino; what he did basically amounts to theft inside a Nevada casino.

I'm not sure if "theft of your expected value" would hold up in court. But it's enough to get him booted if requested.

The first time I hit the ACE$ Bonus, I had to break up Aces of Jacks.

    That was fun!
