I've only been to Wynn for brunch (several years ago) and it was good. I've been to Caesars on memorial day weekend for dinner and I thought it was really over priced.

Just want to throw out another option - Border Grill has unlimited small plates that are amazing ($35) and you can get unlimited mimosas for $10. Thats become my go-to weekend brunch place when I'm in vegas.

    Hi kartking,

Sorry I have no answer for your question, but I do have a suggestion as well. As you're going with your girlfriend, maybe Sunday Gospel brunch at House of Blues, Mandalay Bay is an original option. Brunch and a show at ones.

    Wynn for the win.
    Caesars for Caesar salad.

    No. Kidding.
But yes. I do recommend Wynn for buffet.

Yeah, the Wynn buffet, and if you don't have a line pass be prepared to wait for at least 90 minutes. My Aunt and I ate there on my January trip. Here's what was in my notes:

"Made a quick walk through of Cosmopolitan and went down to the Wynn. At 10 minutes to 8 (they open at 8), the line was "30 minutes" long. I timed it and when they opened the line, it took us 30 minutes to be seated. I reminded my Aunt that I don't normally go to buffets unless I had a line pass."

As I recall, when they started at 8 the line had more people behind us than ahead of us. There was no one in the buffet since it had just opened.

I have done Caesars twice & find it to be an excellent buffet--but it is a bit more expensive than Wynn.
Have you considered Cosmo? It is my 2nd fav buffet, then Aria.
I don't pay full price for any of these--I don't find them a value for full price.

your gf is "a little bit of a foodie"... and you're going to eat at 3 buffets?
i just found that a bit amusing

caesars palace bacchanal buffet is great
but it's expensive and the lines are ridiculously long
