I read somewhere that this restaurant was about to close. Anyone else hear that? I've never been there but passed by it many times. I just assumed the food would be overpriced and under performing.

I was at the restaurant 2 days ago and they had stated that there lease is about to expire and the owners are more likely not going to renew it. With the new dealership up by the vegas sign they even have a cafe in there so I don't blame them for closing....

Wonder if it will be another burger joint or walgreens.
Actually a nice sandwich place would do very well.

Walgreens great one......but there's one across the street at the Harmon corner. I would love to see a BJ'S Brewhouse there.

Thanks. If they're under 50, they probably don't.

Would have to agree with your comments regarding the food, that's why l assume there are so many Italian restaurants about. However l do enjoy a slow/relaxing meal on the odd occasion.Sometimes you just have to look past the price, the heart wants what the heart wants.Just as long as it's not all about THE LIFESTYLE crap.

I would suspect the main reason for lack of customers would be bc of inconvenient dining..they make you sit really low reclined, but your table-top is really way high, so you have to raise your arms high up to grab your fork and knife. .

    I kid.

Sure beats bending right over and having to eat at floor level. That dining position cannot be sustained for to long.Chiropractors would have you believe otherwise.

Only went in here once and that was our first time in Vegas back in 2008. I had a burger in there and the wife had meatloaf but she wasn't keen on it. Interesting to see what will replace it/

It's long overdue. Dine there 3 years ago, not because I wanted to but a friend wants to try it. Empty, just the 4 of us. Slow service. Food is ordinary for the price. Then I start thinking why it's occupying a prime real estate with heavy traffic between PHO and MGM. If you watch Oceans 13, this is the area where the 5 diamond casino was erected.

I hate to see it close, as it was indeed unique. Only been there once that I remember, had a burger or something, can't really remember. It must have been very "ok" since I don't remember it as being incredibly good or incredibly bad.

Most memorable thing there was this "green" bike: :)

It was a great place for pics but the prices were too high. I think the best thing about my visit was the older man getting to know the super picky young woman who was probably his daughter or was she a granddaughter....
