Using my own anecdotal evidence, I would say Treasure Island. over a few trips, and a couple of days each time, in the past few years I was able to play a long time in their casino. Even won a few times. I would think being independent, and not part of a chain like Wynn, MGM or CET, they have to offer a fair gamble to get players in.

The major players can pull people from other parts of the country. TI HAS to give you a reason to stay/play there. I find their free play and room offers more generous than most as well.

I havent played there enough to say so directly, since they dont have anything to comp me. But I hear Casino Royale is fairly loose with slots as well. They have a ton of older games as well so that has to help their averages.

I know people that will stay comped at the Wynn and yet head over to CR for a few hours of easy low rolling fun.

This is easy. The loosest slots on the Strip are the 97.4% dollar Magnificent Seven machines at Circus Circus right outside the sports book.

Everyone will say the "loosest" place is the place where they've won. As said above it's all anecdotal.

The Palms has opened their books to Anthony Curtis of Las Vegas Advisor. It's proven they have the loosest slots near the Striip. El Cortez has the honor Downtown .

How has it been proven? Because they opened their books? Did he get to see everyone else's too? If not how does he know how Palms compares?

Anthony Curtis owns Las Vegas Advisor and doesn't accept advertising for his newsletter. The only 2 casinos that opened their books to him on their holds were Palms and El Cortez, no one else. This was a few years back, but Anthony and VP specialist / teacher Bob Dancer love the Palms.

Off strip does compared to on the strip, but unless you are playing often enough it doesn't matter.
You could be playing the looses machine and I am playing the tightest machine. Unless playing hundred of thousands of spins you probably couldn't tell which machine was which in the usual slot session.

I just notice the bonus rounds when you hit them at the Palms tend to hit the same but pay more.

Last Friday my brother sat at a Buffalo Stampede machine at Planet Hollywood in the morning and played until the Britney show let out that night. He started with a $20 and cashed out at the end right at $300. I sat in and played for him so he could get up and walk around. He was only playing 75 cents a spin. I have never see a machine allow someone to play that long.

Casino Royale also gives you $20 freeplay for every $100 you lose in slots, which is by far and away the best rewards program in Vegas. With that said, you're not earning nice rooms, nice buffets and you're gambling in a dark abyss. I'd rather lose more money at a nice hotel and stay in their comfy beds haha

The promo was $20 freeplay for signing up.

I could be wrong, but I thought the Nevada Gaming Commission publishes statistics.

The only publish general statistics based on location: strip, downtown, Boulder Hwy and offstrip. They won't give information about specific casinos, although they will pursue a casino making claims about their slot percentages that are untrue. Casino specific info could only potentially spur competition in favor of gamblers so of course they aren't into that.

The Casino Royale program gives you $20 freeplay for every $100 you are on the losing side. However, if you put in a $20 and win $200 profit, you won't get that free $20 until you lose that $200 profit + $100 loss. It is not every $100 lost you get $20, it is cumulative. I found out when the above happened to me and I decided to play back $100, knowing I'd get $20 of it back if I lost. I got $0 and when I complained, that is what they told me. Still a good deal, but some people think that winnings don't matter and they do.
