It does not. I don't think there are any at par promotions any more.

The Downtown Grand promo was so good, it may have been the move that got the CEO fired.

I believe I saw an offer for canadian customers the other day that helps make up the difference due to currency exchange. I'll double check and confirm but unless I am crazy and seeing things I am pretty sure I saw it when reviewing offers for one of my canadian customers.

Please tell me you found something Hunter. That would make me really happy :) Still need to add an offer to our November trip.

Perhaps an airfare rebate? My CET host phoned the other day, and addressed the exchange, and said he could do something for the airfare. I get a rebate offered in New Orleans, but haven't seen one in Vegas before this.

Would you consider staying at a CET hotel ? From recent trip reports it must have been a while since you stayed at one

Soooo, I can confirm that there is a 1:1 ratio exchange offer available, however the minimum customer value criteria is quite high. Out of 30 some odd Canadian customers in my book I think I have one that received it. Here are notes from the offer:

    - Hotel Accommodations for 4 Nights at property of choice
    - Canadian guests on the provided list will be able to exchange Canadian currency at a 1:1 ratio for Casino Play in US Dollars.
    - Only one (1) single transaction permitted for the life of the offer.
    - Max value of CAN$10,000 total exchanged in that single transaction.
    - US$50 increments only
    - Limited to 10 vouchers - guest has choice of ReelRewards® or Gaming Voucher.
    - Offer expires December 29th, 2016.
(ex. - Guest presents $1,000 in Canadian Dollars, daily exchange rate shows US$772.72 in exchange, we will exchange for $1,000 in Casino Play, despite exchange rate difference).

If you are a Canadian customer and typically qualify for a boulevard suite and above at PH (regardless if dates are slow or busy), then it might be worth asking your host about it. If you want to know if you have the offer I can look it up for you. Keep in mind the criteria is high, if you don't typically qualify for a suite on the regular chances are you didn't receive it.
