Are $10 tables 6:5 or 3:2 at TI?

Sounds like you're walking towards that casino right now lol.
From the latest 2016 report (unofficial) it said that it is 3:2 yes.

Last time I was there double deck and six deck $10 tables were 3:2. Single deck were 6:5.

Is the double deck game dealt face up or is it a pitch game?

As far as I know, TI is the only place left on the strip where you can find 3-2 blackjack at a $10 table. All the MGM and Harrah's properties are spreading 6-5 at anything south of $50. It's absolutely ridiculous. TI has plenty of $10 3-2 tables and in the "high" limit lounge, you can play $25 blackjack where the dealer has to stay on soft 17 (which helps the player). I don't love the ambiance of the TI, but I love their blackjack games.

TI has great blackjack. Forget MGM; their blackjack is a joke and it's embarrassing. Plenty of CET properties actually have 3:2 $10 blackjack (8-deck), $15 during busier times. Also, Tropicana has a few good $10 3:2 tables.

Wow, I'm definitely taking the walk down to TI when I'm in town for a BJ session or 2.
    Thanks for the Info!

I like playing at TI but my only complaint has been the drink service. Last time I was there it seemed really slow. Probably the slowest drink service I have ever experienced anywhere. Drinks still slow at TI or was it just my experience that one night?

We have been playing at TI past year or so. 3:2 $10. Good rules,, and yes the drink service was slow. Had some bad luck one session and had to
color up before my drink arrived.
