I've eaten pancakes at IHOP, Coco's, Silver Sevens, Black Bear Diner, Blueberry Hill, Dupar's and Market Street Cafe (Hotel CA). The best was Market Street Cafe (CA).

Hmmm, I love pancakes, Can't pick one favorite light and fluffy but:
DuPar's, The Pantry @ Mirage, the Henry @ Cosmo are great in my book.

You have not eaten at the best breakfast spot in Vegas...you have to try Egg and I. http://www.eggandi.com/

We ate there several times last trip since it was so good.

The pancakes at Blueberry Hill were the best I've tried in Vegas so far.

Do the pancakes at Market Street come with a macadamia nut sauce?

I was able to order a single pancake at Peppermill (a full order would be WAY too much) and it was pretty darn tasty!!

I don't know if they are the best in Vegas but we go to Sunset Station cafe for their pancakes almost every trip.

I'm going to have to check out DuPar's. I've never eaten there but everyone seems to love the pancakes!

We drive to one of the locations almost every morning we are there. I'm not the pancake guy in our family but they get good reviews from Mrs. Rusty.....I am all about the thin sliced breakfast pork chops !

Black Bear has amazing buttermilk biscuits, so would guess the pancakes are great as well.

One time at the Monte Carlo I ordered the Carrot Cake pancakes and they were some of the best I ever had.
Next trip was looking forward to order again and they were removed from the menu.
Never found a place that serves them.

Black Bear does have great pancakes but the Blueberry Hill ones surprised me. And overall, I wasn't impressed with the rest of my meal at Black Bear.

I'm a pancake freak. I recently stayed at The Tuscany and had the best pancakes at Marilyn's Café there.
