This is the new steakhouse now that Billy Bob's closed last week. The location is where Willy and Jose's used to be, just off the atrium.

It looks to be a la carte, whereas Billy Bob's entrees included a salad, starch, and a bit of veggies.

Just saw this morning that Billy Bob's closed. Another institution gone. Scanned the menu and that steak will definitely cost more, even if it wasn't a la carte. I love the spot though. Years ago it housed Papamios Italian. I had many a plate of pasta on that patio. I'll try it, but I'm sure to miss Billy Bob's.

    Good Luck!

We never ate there but when we were there back in March, they wouldn't let us in unless we had a reservation. The place was only a quarter full! We went to the mexican place next door and really enjoyed that. Just sayin'...

In 3 out of 4 trips we would be at Billy Bobs. Always had their Prim Rib special. Always great. Now, not so much. Too expensive at new place.
Will find another Prime Rib special elsewhere. I know of Ellis Island. Orleans? Any suggestions?

It was always my impression that Billy Bob's was staffed very sparsely during the weekday evenings. As a hotel guest or a guest of a hotel guest :) we never had any trouble getting a reservation, although we did learn to phone for one even if the place did not look busy.

Jerry's Nugget! The prime rib is right up there with Lawrys and the other higher-scale places! No, I am not kidding! If you liked the prime rib at Billy Bob's, you will certainly enjoy it at Jerry's Nugget. It comes in three sizes, Large, Ginormous, and Cardiologist Nightmare! :) The smallest is very very very filling for me and larger than the previous special cut at Billy Bob's. That's the good news.

The bad news, just so there's no surprises, is that it's in a somewhat iffy area of town. The casino itself is perfectly safe and we always use the valet park on the north side of the building, which is right at the entrance. We always use the expressway, get off at Lake Mead, and then down to LVB. If you take the surface streets between downtown and Jerry's Nugget, you will pass through some very sketchy areas. The prime rib is worth the trip.

Prime Rib Loft at Orleans is also very good.
