I found out 7000 points from my account expired, apparently they disappear after 12 months of issuance, which is extremely dirty, robbing people of their points which takes forever to earn.

Who do I contact to get my points reimburse?

I had the same issue. Since Im heading back to vegas, I decided to start using social rewards regularly again. Noticed all of my points were gone. So disappointed. If you find out let me know.

Shoot them a message here: https://web.socialrewards.com/contact/

It clearly states in their FAQ that points expire after 12 months (https://web.socialrewards.com/page/faq/), but it never hurts to ask. Keep us posted on how it goes.

I'm perplexed. What are these points for? Are the ones we acquire after playing the videos and Facebook posts? It takes me about 7 to 8 weeks to add $10.00.

Not sure if I understand your question. But the points butterfinger is talking about are the ones earned through Social Rewards.

Social Rewards say points expire 12 months after first use, which I'm assuming is 12 months after earning them. So you leave your account dormant for over a year, you'll lose everything. But if you transfer your points to CET for RC, it won't expire for 6 months, which can be extended by using your card at a CET casino or by transferring additional Social Rewards points.

Sorry JoJoR, I get the various point systems mixed up.
For me and others on this group, if I acquire so many points and convert them to RCs, it will then be 6 months until they expire? If I add points along the way (1000, or $10.00 worth)
It will not expire for at least 6 months from the date I earned them. I know that when I go onto the web site it states when the points will expire.
I knew that but like I said, too many different promo rewards sites from Vegas casinos. Thanks

Haha, yes it gets pretty confusing with all the programs out there. Usually as soon as I get 1000 points I cash out just in case SR closes or the redemption values change (1500 points for $10 or something).

JoJOR, I just checked mine and asked some friends on their account and they do not expire until within a month or two of 01/13/17.
I do the same as you to collect as soon as posible. Safe. thanks for the heads up.

I normally transfer every time I get to $10 - this keeps my TR card points active. I do however leave a cushion of about 2000 points in SR in case they decide to cut back even further so that I have something to transfer.

Another thing to remember is to split & make sure you are taking some points from each property in your redemption. If you always take from the 'top of the list', you may have a few points at the bottom that will just expire because you are never actually withdrawing from those.
