    Hey guys,

Just to be sure before i do this : so i'll be staying comped at Caesars Palace but intend to play mostly at Cromwell. Would the play at Cromwell qualify towards comps for my Caesars stay?

    Thanks!

Yep! You can play at any CET property and be OK. I'll be at Bally's tomorrow because I'm comped there, but if I prefer the environment at another CET property, I'm still rackin' up the Tier Credits and Resort Credits so long as it's within the CET system.

My play was mostly Ballys, PH, and Paris last trip. A little bit at Cromwell, and did not set foot in CP. I have comps for CP including weekends and Cromwell Sun-Thurs.

There is a difference between how playing at a different property affects your overall room availability going forward, vs. if I play at Cromwell, can I get back end comps (on top of applying Rewards Credits) on my room charges at Caesars.

There isn't much question about the first issue, you can play at any CET property on a trip and it all counts the same for room availability going forward. I think that's what the first two replies are answering. And kind of a side question - your play at Cromwell while you're staying at Caesars does count in terms of "playing off" your current stay.

But I think you may be asking the second question, about backend comps. I don't know the answer because I never do that. But someone here should know.

Vegas is nice that way. Play at any of their properties is counted as play toward your stay regardless of which hotel you're staying at. You may notice in the future that the hotel that you play the most at will grant you better offers than the others in the CET family, but for this trip, your host casino will consider any play at any property as satisfying your end of the free room deal. (Atlantic City is not that way...the systems are not interconnected between their 3 Atlantic City casinos...very fubar.)

The only problem there is and it is minor; you really need to keep track of your play. Each property is starting each day with -0- points. So if you play 1200 at Caesars and go to Paris it will show no play. At the end of the day they are added up. The problem is when you are near a tier credit bonus to make sure you don't short yourself. Just write it down to keep track... All points are able to be used at any properties. Hope this helps.........Rick

    Thanks everyone!

That answers my question about "playing off" my stay. Chuck2009x made another point I was wondering about, will play at Cromwell, help get backend comps at Caesars??

Actually as far as your daily credit count, I do always record in my phone. But I also check around 10:30 before TR desk closes to verify we are on the same 'count'. They bring up the screen & do have to add them up, but they can easily give you a total. They have added them up for me, written them each down on a slip of paper so I could add myself, etc. They do have access to it & checking it can definitely prevent you missing that bonus. (I have been super tired but I'll be danged if I am going to miss out on a 1000 TC bonus because I missed 10 points etc.) So I get myself those last 20 points or so & about 10 to 15 extra for cushion. Then I will head upstairs lol.

I always stay at Ballys because that is what my comps allow. But I give 90% of my play to PH and Cromwell.

This is exactly what we do too. I have missed out on the 1000 bonus because I was 7 TC's short. That will NEVER happen again :)
