When I go to the casino, I like to keep my gambling money separate from everything else. I know envelopes are popular to keep day-to-day money separated, but where do you keep it while you're out for the day? Money clip, loose in your pocket, fanny pack?

I invested in a card pocket and I love it. I keep my daily gambling bankroll and all my players cards in it. What do you all use?

    My card pocket:

I always wore an inexpensive/subtle zipped black coin purse on a lanyard around my neck so I can see/feel it.

Last trip, it broke on me mid-trip, which was a huge bummer, as I love this method of carrying cash.

So, when I came home, I upgraded to a nicer/better made one --I opted for the Coach Skinny Mini, it even has a key ring which is perfect for a lanyard.

On top of being leather and having a keyring, it's slightly expandable, great for varying bank roll sizes throughout the night.

Very similar to yours, I just like mine on a lanyard, I love the method as well! [IMG]

I keep around $30 in my wallet, everything else goes in the safe when I leave the casino floor unless I'm going back down in a short amount of time. I don't casino hop though.

image.jpeg I found this wallet several years ago and love it. When not in Vegas, I use one compartment for money and the smaller compartment for coupons, etc. In the larger of the two compartments, there also are four slots to keep credit cads. When in Vegas, I use one compartment for tip money, food, etc., and one compartment that has my daily gambling allowance.

I keep 2 money clip/card holders in my front pockets. One holds casino cards and drink tip money. The other holds bankroll, cc's and licence. Cashouts go loose in the casino card pocket. Has always worked for me and keeps winnings (in theory) out of the bankroll.

Every morning after the "reconoiter" I give each of us $200.00 and put the rest in the safe... never had a problem. I'd like to say that this keeps paranoia away, but It always tries to creep back in somewhere!!!

In Vegas: money clip and cargo shorts to stash the cash
Visiting Wisconsin/Minnesota locals (fall & winter): bib overalls--"Hillbilly-Jimming it" with the backroll near my heart

money stays in the safe, and I only take out what I'm planning to lose that day.
I'll put the gambling money in a slim kind of wallet (couple of cards and cash in the middle).

singles for tips stay in the pocket so I can just pull them out instead of fishing for them.

    Uniform of the day:
Seminole Hard Rock: Bankroll & players card in a leather Planet Hollywood money clip (clip on one side, pocket on the other for card) in right front pocket.
Vegas: European sized wallet with increments of hundreds in various compartments and one compartment reserved for anything less. I carry one credit card, drivers license and players card. Everything else goes into the safe. The wallet is carried in my right front pocket*.

    * as I'm a driver, I've grown accustomed to not sitting on a wallet. Now, even on short trips, I can't stand it.

Love this! I bought a Coach wallet with two sides that I use only in Vegas but I like this one better, more compact. Will be on the hunt for one.

This would be great for players cards, could use the keyring to attach it to the strap of my purse.

I use a combination money clip/card pouch for my daily bankroll/drivers license/one credit card. That goes in left front pocket with room key. Drink tip money and casino cards go in the right front pocket with any cash outs. Trip bankroll is in the room safe.
