I played last night at caesars for 3 hours 40 minutes with a $300 average bet at craps. Profit was $259. I started with $78 reward credits before this trip. I earned $22.00 reward credits for the session which is terrible imo. I went into the host office for a lunch comp and host said that I have to use all reward credits before descretionary comps are even considered. When pressed, host said this conversation is over. Im saving by RCs for Harrahs Rincon trip in August so is there any Caesars property in LV that will issue a hard comp for good play on tables. Also a diamond and my ADT must be low because the calendar show no free rooms to even Ballys/ Harrahs etc.

If you're a craps player...CET ISN'T the casino group for you...Yes, table games earn ridiculously low points...once I paid for 4 hours with a $65 average bet at UTH (verified by the PitBoss, even showed me her screen) and when I went to see how many Reward Credits I had earned...a whopping 122 ($1.22 in comp)
How you earned diamond, playing craps, I have no idea...

It is somewhat normal that you have to use reward credits first before they do back end comps.

    Just the way it is.

Yeah, I thought having to use up your RCs prior to a hard comp being issued was standard operating procedure for CZR.

I agree with the comments about low credit for table games. Mlife you don't get anything. But 3 hours isn't that much and I believe for craps you don't get rated on your odds bets. So depending on how you bet, at least part if not a lot of your $300 average may not count.

The fact that the host said the conversation is over is utterly shameful.

Is it possible that the conversation between them was heated? I don't know if this is the case but we are only getting one side of the story.

My trip coming up in the next few days will probably be my last CET trip (barring some kind of massive change from CET.) In AC, I get SEVEN TIMES the amount of freeplay, four times the amount of resort credit, plus free weekends from the Borgata for half the amount of play I give CET. CET is a bankrupt company and their business practices reflect that.
