    My Trip Report

The more I stay at the Fremont the more I appreciate it.
This was my 15th stay there and they just get better.
Always a clean comfortable room and no noise, this time was room # 724, just across from the elevators.
They always have some promotion going on and I've never paid for a room or meals there.
Just outside is the 4 Queens, Binions and the Golden Nugget. Cati cornered is the D, which for me is wat too noisy. I'm 70+ and the D is for a younger crowd.
The only problem is Southwest check in and with construction you've got to go outside and walk about 100 yards to get to security. There wasn't hardly anyone at security so I just went right through. Coming into the airport you can catch the tram right to baggage pickup so that's no problem.
It's a shame Southwest only comes and goes in the "C" gates.
But I had a most enjoyable time and am looking forward to my next trip.

Nope, I don't stay at the Fremont anymore. I usually rent a car and they only have valet service. The last time I parked there the valet scratched the side of my car and then pointed to their policy where they aren't responsible for any damages incurred on the property. After that I never stayed there again. But then I usually get the same offers for the California hotel (with their self park) so I just stay at the Cal instead.

We stayed there for the first time in March on a comp. The $20 trick yielded a 'bare bones' mini suite. Bed comfortable, room clean and staff very friendly! Got some ridiculous 50x point multipliers as part of a promotion; never paid for a meal - ate at Tony Roma's at least one meal per day. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip. Loved the Fremont!!

We stay at the Fremont every trip. My husband loves to be close to the action on Fremont street. My only complaint is the double odds on the craps tables.

Robert - I was just there (on Tuesday & Wednesday). Played a bit of blackjack in the mornings. Don't recall whether or not we were ever at the same table though.
I was in #630, and it was a bit more worn than I remember Fremont rooms being, but it was certainly comfortable enough. No trouble sleeping at all, as I was far enough north from FSE & the Binion's tower blocks most of the afternoon sun.
I just wish they offered in-room coffee & a bit more counter space in the bathroom.
One fact that will never be beat: Fremont offers the absolute fastest trek from room-to-blackjack table than any other place downtown.
