Travelling with Virgin for flights. Leaves 10:30 am tomorrow and we have got economy seats upstairs in the bubble. Should land in Vegas 1:30 Friday afternoon.

Gambling budget isn't great as dollar stinks since brexit. We have $1000 each. Luckily Waldorf and Alamo car hire were pre paid when dollar was at $1.48 / £.

I worked at a polling station and then on counting ballot papers so got in at 3:30 am and went online to order final dollars. Got $1.44 and they sank to $1.33 four hours later

    First win of the trip
Took kids and grandparents to a beefeater for tea before we head off. They put salad and sauce on kids burgers despite asking for plain.
Asked them to change it and they did plus took £40 off the bill. 6 adult meals with drinks for £25 plus tip

Have some coupons to help the bank roll.
My Vegas $125 or ft replay each (2 different batches of $50 and one of $25.
Landrys select club birthday credit $25 each
Myvegas Green Valley Ranch - 2 breakfast / lunch buffet and 2 X $10 match play
Groupin for High Roller night pod with open bar
Groupin for ph buffet with unlimited drinks.

Will save on getting a cabana by using sky suites pool (this is how I justified the sky suites to myself)

As one of life's bargain hunters it's been a real struggle to turn down our mlife offer of 3 nights weekend in a delux tower with $100 resort credit at Luxor and pay for a very spendy room instead. Also could have had 5 nights comped at ballys, Linq, flamingo or harrahs but fancied changing it up by visiting Palm Springs instead.

Sorry if waffling but so excited for holiday to start and am currently tootling round M25 on way to airport hotel

Good luck, feel your Brexit pain - off to Florida in August and Disney/Universal tickets up by £20 a person now! Hopefully it will recover in time for my Vegas trip, if not, it's only money!!! Have a great trip - good Luck.

El Cortez cabana queen super suite- pretty nice room for $80.

Grabbed a couple of slices of pizza from pizza slotto and played some dw. Ran $250 through and up $5.

Back in the room for a nap as seriously flagging - been up 20 hours. But setting alarm for 8pm to go out and enjoy the full Fremont craziness

Made it to 11:30 - up for 24.5 hours.
Played paigow at the plaza and had a guy refuse to leave the blackjack war table next door. Took 3 security guards to pin him down [IMG]

He got a cut and bled all over the carpet. Cleaner turned up after he was dragged off and was asked to clean it up. Says 'that's dna, don't do that shit' and wNders off leaving blood stains behind

Finished up with dinner at claim jumper of general Tao chicken and special fried rice. Came in at $7 plus tip after using j's landrys club $25 birthday reward.

Played a little single deck bj, 50c roulette and dw vp at elco to finish up.

    Stats
    J - down $200
    Me (N) - down $70

Fitbit steps 12959 (not bad for travelling day)

Off to la Quinta tomorrow so less gambling
