I submit Holstein's (Cosmo) has the best (The Steakhouse is my favorite)
    What say you?

Pub 1842 has a really good burger. Peanut Butter Crunch with bacon jam and chips. Not sure if it is the "best", but it is really good.

    Ok, I'll bite :D

It's rarely mentioned on here, but I really like I Love Burgers in the Grand Canal Shoppes near Palazzo. The atmosphere isn't much, but their buffalo burger - ooh la la! Everything I have tried has been delicious.

I know you didn't ask, but the most disappointing burger was at B&B Burger & Beer in the Venetian. All 3 of us agreed it was sub-par compared to the great burger options available all over the Strip.

Wow- feel like I made this post myself!! We always eat at I Love Burgers (I've mentioned before on VMB their fried pickles are awesome) and their burgers are really really good. Same experience also at B&B. Won't be going back there.

We went to Bobby's last trip after walking past many times and LOVED it! Onion rings are amazing and 1 order is enough for about 3 people!

This thread has some serious merit to it for me since KGB closed as that was my favorite burger joint.

Haven't been to Holstein's but it has been on my radar - maybe we'll give it a go on our upcoming trip.

    Definitely wanna try Holstein's!

So far the best I've had is probably BURGR at PH, it was stinking outrageous. Hon. Mention to Fieri's at the LINQ and to Ketchup in the Miracle Mile

I think my top 3 are Holstein's, Burgr, and Umami (SLS).

Best one I had in Vegas was the Butter Burger at Carson Kitchen. Rich as hell but very tasty.

Holsteins, Gold Standard and Rising Sun. Haven't tried their Steakhouse burger yet so will definitely make a point to do so. I also really like burgers at Cafe 6 in Palms

    Tie for me:
I Love Burgers (love the fried pickles and buffalo burger)
Holsteins (love the poutine and onion rings)
so maybe I like those places for their sides - lol - but both great burger places.

Cosmo, 3rd (?) floor. I'll add another vote, its delicious.

As a Midwesterner, there are basically no Shake Shack locations and I've heard good things. Worth a try in Vegas? Its probably that or Bobby's Burger Palace this weekend.

I'm from the midwest, too. I tried Shake Shack in May and would give it a 8.5/10. I like Bobby's better between those two places.

I had the Mac and cheeseburger in March and it was awesome.. They also make a great Bloody Mary. We plan on going again in September. I've also enjoy Bobby's place by Monte Carlo.

The question was the Best Burger in Vegas.
My choice, In n Out. Burger, Shake, and Fries......well under $10.

I'm sure Holstein's and other "Burger" places are fine, but $18 and up just for the "Burger" in most of these "Steak Houses" is fine if you're willing to pay the Celebrity Chef commission.
Many people complain that Vegas is getting too expensive. Having "Celebrity" chefs on the menu is one of reasons why many people are priced out of Vegas.

A good "burger" IMO doesn't mean that more expensive burgers are better, sometimes just the contrary. I'm willing to bet if you take a blind taste test, comparing In n Out (or similar) burger, to one of the more expensive "burgers" you find run by "Celebrity" chefs, that many people would choose the less expensive one for taste and overall quality.
