Depending on the time of the year, any Bellagio restaurant with fountain view... Prime or Olives.

Yeah, it might be a little cliché, but the Eiffel Tower at Paris and Top of the World at the Stratosphere are probably the most awe-inspiring views.

It really depends on whether you want mostly a Strip view (Eiffel Tower) or Overall Las Vegas view (Top of the World). Keep in mind too that you get more variety at the TotW, since the restaurant rotates around the spire very slowly (one rotation is about 80 minutes). Food at both is good but not very creative or otherwise exciting, so I don't think that should factor much into your calculations.

If you want my opinion, I prefer the higher and more open views from the Top of the World.

My niece and I ate at VooDoo steak in April. It was dusk when we sat down so it was dark when we finished. Dinner was excellent and the service was top notch. We had a table in at the window so we had a beautiful view. I think they also have a place that you can step outside at the restaurant but the niece isn't a fan of heights so we didn't go out.

Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay. But I also agree with anything at B. Foundation-Room.jpg

Top of the World was cool at Stratosphere. The casino sucks, but that restaurant was good and you can get some great views of the strip, downtown and all of the mountains.

Foundation Room and Lago (at Bellagio) would be my choices.

When making reservations at either, make sure to request outdoor seating.
