I am planning a trip in August and will probably be going solo. I was wondering where y'all think has the best brunch on Sunday's. Money is really no object. Thanks!

Sunday Brunch - 3 top notch choices for me are:
Sterling at Bally's - reservations or you might can eat at the bar area if not full. Most expensive.
Jasmine at Bellagio - reservations required 2nd most expensive
    Bacchanal at Caesars

Any of those 3 would be what I consider a top notch brunch.

Border grill is my second favorite behind the sterling at Bally's (have not tried it since renovations though.)

My favorite is the Country Club Jazz Brunch at the Wynn.

I'll second Border Grill, it has become a must-eat place for us. They have unlimited small plates for $35 on weekends for brunch and you can add on $10 for unlimited mimosas. Not sure how it would be solo but we've gone with large groups (7-10) the last couple of times and its been a blast. And the food has been awesome.

Sadly closed, Lago took over with an a la carte brunch.

Oh that is sad news. Jasmine was such a beautiful location and such a lovely dining experience.
Oh well - they keep changing all my favorite places. Hopefully I will just find new ones to love.

I've heard some good things about the Sterling brunch at Bally's and will try it on my solo trip later this month. I second the recommendation for Bacchanal @ Caesars, which for me, beats brunch buffets at Wynn and Bellagio. YMMV

The Jazz Brunch at Country Club at the Wynn. Great food, music and spectacular views.
I like the Sterling Brunch as well but I like the ambiance and the view at Country Club much better
I eat breakfast there more than "brunch" but my favorite breakfast plasce has always been, and will always be, Mon Ami Gabi. I love the blueberry french toast and the view, even when the fountains aren't yet flowing, is great.

Jazz Brunch at Wynn Country Club. Reservations are generally recommended.
Fantastic food and wonderful view of the golf course and waterfalls.

    Sorry about that, Flowers.
I think I was typing my answer as you posted.

My niece and I did the Border Grill brunch with the unlimited mimosas last year and loved it. They have severe different flavors of mimosas that were really good and the small plates were perfect.

Damnit, I always say I am going to Border Grill whenever I am in Vegas over the weekends and just don't wake up early enough. Going in August myself, so I have to do it this time!!!

Went there for lunch last year and it was great, super hot out on the patio though.

Sign up for the email vip club you can get 1 free dinner, when I went it was good for brunch though.

It is very fantastic so many flavors in all the dishes. The one at forum shops has a little different menu than Mandalay.

    We ate at Mandalay one

Another vote for Border Grill at Mandalay Bay! We went in 2014 and enjoyed the nice variety of Tapas, and also the unlimited mimosas! Stumbled our way back to Ballys for a nap afterwards! lol

My choices are Bacchanal or Sterling Brunch (which has been around forever it seems) though it's still hard for me to spend that much on a buffet but these 2 are great. I have heard real good things about Wynn's but never tried there brunch. Thing I like the most on the 2 I mentioned is there are no surprises and everything is done right...................Rick

We're big fans of the Sterling Brunch and we've been a couple of times before the renovations and four times since. The setting now isn't quite the "old" Vegas feel that it had been, but the quality has been consistent. We also enjoy the Bacchanal, but the Sterling Brunch has a MUCH more intimate feel and the level of service is outstanding.

Since you stated that money isn't a issue I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Sterling.

Ate at Sterling Sunday. Keep in mind that having a reservation is a huge plus over standing in line at another brunch---no matter how good it is. They added a large section of sushi...not a fan, but lots of people were taking from that section.

Otherwise, I do agree that the service is wonderful and they keep the champange flowing. I am a popover fan so to me that is a nice addition.

The dessert cart was never missing a slot as a lady was constantly filling in. Did enjoy their chocolate lollipops and took three for our triplet gandchildren!!! ( let the attacks begin)
