I will be at Flamingo Sun-Wed in late August 28-31. I plan on hitting the Go Pool Mon & Tues. I heard that you can get a wristband the night before near Carlos and Charlies that allows you to skip the morning line. Would love to verify that.

Also, can you charge F&B to the room at the pool. I wanted to just take my key down and not cash.

Can anybody speak to Food & Beverage prices while at the pool?

Thanks for the help. I love this forum!

You can charge to your room. One bartender required us to show ID which we didn't have but another said we looked trustworthy and let us do the charge.

They were very strict about no outside f or b. Not even water or coffee.

    Don't know about armbands.

The other thread went dead after your last post. So I created this one.

I just got back from the Flamingo this afternoon. Spent every morning at the pool. I have never heard of anyone getting wristbands the night before. If that were true, there wouldn't be line ups in the morning. People start lining up to get into the pool about 8am and it opens at 9am. If you are Diamond or 7 stars, there is a separate line and you get in first. You will need ID to get in. They were very strict about this. No exceptions.
You can charge F&B to your room. Cocktails are 17.00 A pitcher of those cocktails is 42. There are beer and Bloody Mary specials before 11am
If you're not lined up for opening, you likely won't find chairs to lie on. After 11am, you start seeing old farts like me leaving because it's getting too hot and can't stand the house music.

    Hope this helps.

It does help a lot! Thanks! I remember those Bloody Mary's....they were mighty tasty! Did you spend your time at the adult pool or the general area one? I assume the adult one if they were looking so intently at ID. Thanks again for reporting in!!

We were at the adult pool. Try and get there early unless you are a Diamond or Seven stars member. Have fun.

I'm not 100% certain but I think Diamond members can use the Diamond line at any CET property.

So with people lining up at 8 for a 9 opening am I correct to assume that every chair is taken immediately and if you arrive at 9 (or later) you won't get one unless you happen to catch someone who is leaving and can grab their chair(s)?

You assume correctly. Pretty much everything was snapped up by 9:30

Yikes, these early times don't make for a very relaxing holiday! I received an email notification from CET yesterday. I was able to book cabanas and even lounge chairs at many of the Strip properties, Flamingo, of course, was not one of them...........

When we go to the pool it's always first thing in the morning for an hour or two but I'm not going to stand in line for an hour first. Maybe weekdays aren't quite as bad, I guess I'll find out :) Appreciate the current info.

I agree, too much wasted time on precious vacation time. We always go first thing as well. We will head down before 9:00 and take our chances. With the forecasted highs in the low to mid 40's C, there better be shade!!!

Does anyone have a VIP Access Pass? Does that allow you to use the Diamond line?

We've gone to the "adult" pool before with our 18 year old daughter. No one checked ID. Are they checking now?

Not sure but the VIP pass gets you access to all CET pools in Vegas.

They checked my ID at the GO Pool last year (32 year old male) and they seemed to be checking pretty much everyone I could see in front of me. This was on weekend though when it was at its busiest, not sure how different that it would be during the week.
