I just bought the guide and it arrived today. Do I actually need to take the card with me that comes with it? Does anybody actually ask for it? A member on the forum sent us a few coupons last year and we were never asked for the card.

    Just curious.

If you own the ACG, why wouldn't you take the card with you? In general, you will not be asked for the card, but last year when redeeming the freeplay coupons (not included in the 2016 edition) at Tuscany Suites, we were asked for our cards.

I think I was asked for the card at a few places actually. It depends on the place and the employee.

Of course I will bring the card I wasn't aware there was on until I bought the book. I used a bunch of them last year and didn't realize there was a card.

What about the LVA Booklet do they ask to tear it out of the book? I was going to try and trade a few coupons. There are many I won't use.

Bring the LVA's MRB with you and then fake tear out the traded coupon. It has never been a problem until I recently encountered one bartender at the Hard Rock who actually wanted to look at the book to see where I tore it from. I had no such problem with 3 other bartenders at the Hard Rock.
