I'll be in Vegas April 11-15, 2016. Arrive Monday, leave Friday. I'm staying at Monte Carlo, in a Strip View room. Here is a partial schedule, starting with eating, for anyone who's interested in a possible meet-up.

    April 11, Monday:
    Breakfast: Bellagio Buffet
    Dinner: Holstein's (at Cosmopolitan)

    April 12, Tuesday:
    Breakfast: Cravings Buffet (at Mirage)
    Dinner: Hooters (at its casino)

    April 13, Wednesday:
Breakfast: More the Buffet (at Luxor)
Dinner: Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria & Cucina (at The Shops at Crystals)

    April 14, Thursday:
    Breakfast: Buffet at Aria
Dinner: Pub 1842 (at MGM Grand)

April 15, Friday (going home day):
    Breakfast: Bacchanal Buffet (at Caesars)
    -----

I won't list every activity I have planned for each day. But, I will tell you the one activity that I'll do each of the first four days: Putz around the CinemaCon at Caesars Palace. It's something I've wanted to do again since my April 2012 trip. I was able to walk around the area where the convention was being held (every year at Caesars). I wasn't able to go to any of the presentations, but I was able to take pictures of the various displays that the movie studios put up. I wasn't able to see any celebrities last time. I'm hoping that will change this time around.

Nothing is set for evening entertainment yet. If I do plan anything, it will probably be a show one night (outside chance for Britney Spears' show on Wednesday). I'll update this thread with any changes.

I'll stick to the Hooters that's closer.

Earlier today I bought a ticket for Britney Spears' April 13 (Wednesday) show. I was back & forth about going to the show for quite a while. But I really enjoyed it when I saw it last May & I've read that it has been revamped. I'm eager to see the changes. I'll be in the same section as last time, standing room, up against the stage. I'll hopefully be able to do pictures & videos like I did last time. This doesn't change anything to the schedule I wrote in my first post in this thread.

Nice plan! I like how you mix up the casinos and eateries. Gets you out of the property. Don't forget to gamble at Monte Carlo.

P.s. wish you were coming a week earlier. Would love to try Caesar's buffet.

I always try to do two new dinner restaurants every trip & rotate the buffets for breakfast. Luxor's buffet is one I haven't tried yet. I do very little to no gambling during my trips. I think the most I've ever gambled during an entire trip was $10, & that was a few trips ago.

Gotcha! I thought you were going to try and gamble for the sake of comps. Enjoy the trip and publish a trip report!

I am an M Life member now. I got signed up for that during my trip in December. Maybe I can get comps that way. By paying for trips, meals, activities, etc. Still not 100% sure how M Life works. I've done six or seven trip reports. I'll do a report for this trip.

I've had to reorganize some of my breakfasts & activities for Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday. Yesterday evening I found out that there will be a presentation/showing of Captain America: Civil War during CinemaCon at Caesars Palace on Wednesday, April 13 at 9:15am. The likelihood of me being able to get in is almost nil, but maybe I'll be able to see some celebrities, like the cast of the movie. Revised schedule:

    April 11, Monday:
    Breakfast: Bellagio Buffet
    Dinner: Holstein's (at Cosmopolitan)

    April 12, Tuesday:
    Breakfast: Cravings Buffet (at Mirage)
    Dinner: Hooters (at its casino)

    April 13, Wednesday:
    Breakfast: Bacchanal Buffet (at Caesars)
Dinner: Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria & Cucina (at The Shops at Crystals)
Night's Entertainment: Britney Spears' show at Planet Hollywood

    April 14, Thursday:
Breakfast: More the Buffet (at Luxor)
Dinner: Pub 1842 (at MGM Grand)

    April 15, Friday:
    Breakfast: Buffet at Aria
    Going home day.

I'm spending the night of the 12th at the Mirage. And we might be doing Raiding the Rock Vault which means eating that fine Prime Rib at Hooters next door. Let me know if you want to grab a drink.

Have a great trip! Looks like some great food posts are on the way. I will be taking your place at Monte Carlo on Sunday.

It's going to be a while before I'm able to do a trip report (a lot of videos & pictures to upload), but here are two pictures I took during Britney Spears' show last Wednesday. I took these with a Canon Powershot SX710,
