another last minute vegas excursion..

another last minute vegas excursion.. (now with photos)

Went August 22 to 26th.. left late on the 22nd and returned very early in the am on the 26th.. Went to see my friend working at the Adult Dancer convention, plus the first annual RollerCon convention is also going on. Its an all girl sport of girls beating each other up on skates...

Instead of a full trip report, heres the highlights:

Highlights:
-renting a standard compact car and a standard room at the Aladdin ($60 deal as posted on t2v, thanks guys!). Instead i get a Luxury car (chrysler 300, w/ giant rims) and a deluxe suite at the Aladdin w/ jacuzzi with a view of the strip, facing the Bellagio. All for nothing extra. I guess they where out of compact cars and i just asked nicely at 12:30 am checkin (monday night) if they had any upgrades availible. nice!

-Attened the Exotic Dancer convention, not too crazy, mostly industry people and club owners, but alot of Porn stars and feature dancers in attendance.

-Getting VIP hooked up at Club RA at the Luxor and somehow being inbetween porn stars as they are getting thier photos taken by industry photographers.

-getting in a convo with a girl for 25 minutes and not realizing until she left she was a porn star (nina ferrari)

-A crazy band playing motown hits at the Orchid bar at the Mandalay Bay. This bar is fun, esp when full of drunk porn stars.

-the "Pink Taco" at the Hard Rock. Good eating establishment, sat next to the dude who used to date Pink (from the surreal life).

-My buddy Todd showing up drinking a beer in a coozy. I dont think he didnt have a beer in hand for the rest of week.

-The Hard Rock pool.. midweek was easy to walk in.. terrible drink service but it was amazing as usual.

-Myself, my buddy todd and my friend abby all getting in our hot tub at the alladdin. (the tub was by the window overlooking the strip, next to a tv ) We got in said tub at 1:30am-ish, getting out at 5am-ish. watching the news and todd ranting on about everything, very hilarious.

-Footballs full of booze on Fremont st. I dont drink but i found out they had virgin footballs, score!

-Showing Todd craps, gets obcessed with it. While walking around with the football he plays at every craps table he can see. Only making field bets. haha terrible.

-Abby and I falling 'asleep' at 2am while todd hits the casino. I hear him return to the room 3 times.

-First time hes walking around the suite yelling "Fuck!! fuck! damnit!! fuck! damn! fuck fuck!" He doesnt remember why.
-2nd time he had come back he had won tons of money. Bought an 18 pack of bud and was carrying it around the casino while gambling. Gets pissed at the dealers when they ask for a beer.
-3rd time, 2 casino security personnel escort him back to the room (around 4am) since hes so wasted he forgets how to get back to the room.
He continues to rant on about how he lost "all his money" but when asked how much, hes says he broke even. Continues to talk gibberish about the money, the other roller girls (that are on their way into town), and the craps dealers. Abby takes him for a walk at 6am to calm him down thru the casino, his shoes are MIA at this point.

-Next day, todd pukes 2 times before checking out, 3 times while following the Roller girls around on thier skating tour of vegas (one of the times on the side of the highway). Pukes again at the Pool at the orleans (the other roller girls are staying here, so we chill here for a while) while all the roller derby girls watch him. They call him cracker boy cuz hes constantly drinking water and trying to hold down crackers.

-Rollercon at the Double Down Casino and Saloon. Yes this place is a dump, but its fun. I've never seen so many girls at one shitty bar.

-having my own row on the flight home

-all the usual vegas stuff, Gambling, Buffets, In and Out, Sonic , Hard Rock Pool, etc etc

Lowlights:
-Having to leave

-Losing about $300 at the tables. Craps treated me terrible, but Blackjack was ok.

-no pictures of us in the hot tub

-Not getting anything comped off the room for losing money

-almost missing my flight at McCarraon, the security screening line was so long.

-the MBTA (in boston). Took me 45mins just to get to the blue line airport stop. then the stupid Charlie Card being confusing and giving me $8 in change in dollar coins.

-my camera refusing to take photos in focus... argh

Great TR. I will say that it must be the picture making it look smaller than it is but I bet it was crowded in that jacuzzi with three of you there.

Drunk, shoeless with a case of Bud in a casino....I challenge someone to top that one! "Security we have a bogey at table 51..." Something very ElCortez about that one.

Enjoyed the little tribute to Dr.Al trash can bit as well.

 

interestingly enough, he was at the craps table with the case of beer.. and I guess the dealers kept joking around with him to give them a beer too. He apparently got very offended, not realizing they where kidding..

and no he didnt get booted from the casino, however he was wandering around in circles or soemthing and i guess security asked him if they could help him.. hes like "i cant find my room" haha

 

todd's slumlords shirt earns him an A+++ for fashion.

 

Dude, Todd didn't just pull the ole tie a 6pk of beer cans through the belt trick? Much easier than lugging around a case of beer! Plus you look totally badass walking around with beer swinging around your waist, ala Cousin Eddie.

Anyways, what a blast. Did you see Ron Jeremy? Any other porn stars worth noting?
