    Going to be in Vegas in September, and wondering if Wahlburgers is/will be open then,,,I am so behind times
    with my keeping up with this great city :)

    Unless they start ramping up the permit processing, I think it'll be a while. As of a couple months ago, they were only approved for $54k worth of work covering about 300 sq/ft. I believe the whole space is 5000 sq/ft.

    As someone who has had a Wahlburger burger, I have to say that it is not worth all the hype. It is a relatively small burger on a toasted bun with some pickles, tomato and shredded lettuce. That's pretty much it. It tastes as good as any basic burger, but is certainly not the best burger I've ever had (that would probably be at the Landmark restaurant in the Time Warner Center here in NYC). The tater tots were good, but they were also basic tater tots. Definitely not something to plan a Vegas meal around. If you happen to be walking by when it opens and want to satisfy your curiosity, then I say go for it but it isn't really anything special.
