My GF and I will be arriving in LV late on Friday and checking in to PH; after check-in I suspect it will be around 10:30 PM and we should be starving after a five hour flight ... Any recommendations for dinner at that late hour @ CET properties? I want to limit the choices to CET because I'm there for my 7* trip and want to take advantage of the $500 folio credit. We already have plans to eat at BLT, Giada, NOBU and Bacchanal. Anything good at PH at that time or will I have to venture out (something that I'm not opposed to doing)?

GR BurGR might hit the spot; would I need a reservation at 11PM?

    Just avoid Planet Dailies!! Lol

I just yelped and see that Mon Ami at Paris next door is open till midnight on Fridays, would be my first choice. Gordon Ramsay steak also says midnight, but you would def need a reservation.

If your 7* you can skip the line at BurGR. Make sure you try the poppers.
