Hello everyone, heading out for our 15th trip to Vegas. My wife and I are lovers of Lobster Bisque, we have had it at Andiamos in The D and it was one of the better I have had in my travels. How would it compare to the other steakhouses downtown?

While I've never had it there I would imagine the Lobster Bisque at Hugo's would be very good.

I can't make a comparison since I have only had it at Vic and Anthony's, but theirs was superb

Had it at V&A, and thought it was very nice. However, that was the first time I'd tried it.

Not downtown, but BLT Steak at Bally's was best I have ever had...

I had it once and it wasn't very good.

    Here's my Hugo's review.

"The Lobster Bisque ($14) was, well, horrendous. Adorned with a cutesy (but fail) rose drawn in cream on it's slightly skinned over surface, it was fishy, thick and heavy, and worst of all, bland. I had to season it myself with salt and pepper, and it perked up significantly."

Yikes, I've eaten at Hugo's 2 or 3 times and everything was great. But I never had the bisque.

Best I've ever had was at the Sterling Brunch, which means that's probably the same they serve at BLT. It was amazing.

I had it at the Redwood Inn and I was pleased.

The more and more I'm on here, the more and more excited I get about trying BLT

Try the Chart House at the Golden Nugget. I'm pretty sure I recall a nice lobster bisque.
