Belated TR - January 11-15 Aria

Hello all,

I thought I'd post my trip report a bit late. I go to Vegas 2-3 times a year and I've been following this board for years so I thought it was time I contributed. I'm a very low-roller (min. bet on slots and a lot of Keno). My BR is about 1500$ - but the thing is all I do is PLAY. I meet with the husband (who doesn't gamble) for nice meals and I sleep like 3 hours a night. The rest of the time, I GAMBOL! So here's my trip.

We stayed at the Aria. We usually do or go to the Palazzo or Venetian. We are going back in April and will be at the Venetian. I like them both.

 

All right. Was just making sure the pics worked.

We took Uber from the airport and I was super impressed. I get tunneled every time by cabs and hate it. This was SO pleasant. The drive rhad bottle water and mints. Fancy!

When we get to Aria, our first stop is always Lemon Grass. The food there is good and comforting and quick (so I can get started on burning my cash as fast as possible!).

 

Some shots of the various slots I played between Aria and Montecarlo. That First night was BRUTAL. But it's usually how it happens for me, mostly because I want to play the new, supertight, slots (Friends, BBT, etc.)

Now the way I play is that when I start hurting, I switch to Keno..when that goes bad, I switch to VP. So you can follow the slide down, as it were.









We hit the lunch buffet at Aria (MyVegas 2/1) and were a bit disappointed. It seems it's been going down a bit. Still found plenty to eat, though.

It was supper time. We headed over at Scarpetta, at Cosmo. I've been before and loved it and it didn't disappoint!

The hubby went back to the room and I took the cab at the Mandalay Bay and started crawling back...Luxor, Excal, NYNY...it was about 4am by the time I made it back. Was an awesome (losing) evening!
