Has anyone been able to get 5 nights comped at harrahs? I am platinum and my offers only show 2 night comped. If I call directly will thy give me 5 nights?

I do frequently on my TR site. I am doing five nights in FEB and 5 in SEPT both on COMP.

Not sure about the phone in, I always have better luck with phoning in on MGM offers, but the reverse has been true with CET.

We've had better luck with calling to make the reservation and have had 5 nights comped at Harrah's in the past. Good luck to you and hope it works out. We like staying at Harrah's. Love the location.

    Hey ranchette!

Comped rooms have NOTHING to do with your card status. I'm Gold and can get five nights comped at Paris. Comps are based on your average daily theoretical loss (ADT) and have nothing to do with what kind of card you have. There are Diamonds that can't get comped rooms at dumps like Flamingo...and Gold players who get really nice rooms at Caesars for free. If comps are important to you, study more about how to build and maintain ADT and worry less about card status. Good luck!

I booked 5 nights comped at Harrahs for a Nov. trip. I had to put in both mine and hubbys TR numbers though.
Harrahs was the only one to have the weekend comped, and in a new room. Now just trying to figure out what to do with the last 2 nights we are there.
BTW, not sure why, but Flamingo was very high priced which shocked me.

Where do you put both TR numbers?

Use the rate calendar. You will get more there.

    Use rate calendar, not offers.
Try with and without the other person's TR number.
Offers and rates for rooms are tied to your average play, not to your card level.

    Repeat above.

Whenever you book at any CET or MLife hotel, they offer the monthly calendar.

Try this link for all CET hotels. Change dates as needed.

Try it logged in and not logged in to see what you get.

I can get 5 nights comped at any CET property, but my "offers" are usually for 3 nights.

If you use an offer code and have it display the availability calendar, select your dates and click "View rates" you may find that it will display the first two nights as "FREE" (under the offer), and then some number of additional nights as "COMP".

You're gonna have to spend some time and figure out how to use the TR website. Or call and give them the offer code and your dates and they'll figure it out for you.

Generally speaking, if your offer is only for a room (no FP, etc), you are better using the rate calendar and NOT the offer.

Oh sure, if there's no throw ins, then there isn't much point in using the offer.

Just pointing out that if your play dictates that you can get 5 comped nights, and your offers say 3, you can still use the offer and end up getting 5 nights comped.

Exactly - try just booking it online if there is an offer you want & entering your dates. It will let you know if there is a cost associated with it. If so, then weigh the benefit of what is being given with the offer to see if it outweighs the room cost. Example - I have a few freeplay offers for $40 - if I had to pay $35 a night on 2 nites to use the offer that would be a foolish move. However, I also have some with Elton John tix. Then it would be smart to use the offer & fork, over $70 net for the show tickets.

And if you are a decent player, 95% of the time you will get all 5 nights free anyway or at a cost that is at least acceptable to you.

I have. I just found out CET properties aren't allowed to comp more than 5 nights in a row, no matter what your status is.
