Trying to book Rio on Total Rewards site

Hi folks, I'm trying to book the Rio on TR and keep getting the message below(hope the photo shows ok) about not being able to confirm availability and to give them a call.

Anyone else came across this problem before? And if so is it easy to resolve by just phoning?

I used it to book my week there, because I was getting the same message when I tried to book online.

Guy on the phone was pretty helpful, and managed to get it all sorted pretty easily.

 

I had the same thing called and got the room I wanted.

 

Yep my friend had the same message called and got everything he wanted.
