Weekend Brunch

    Which hotels and restaurants serve brunch on the weekends? I know of a handful. We usually stay and play Sunday (afternoon) through Friday, so we always miss out on those wonderfully savory late morning meals. I was really disappointed a few years back when we visited Bouchon on a Monday morning to only find out the famous chicken and waffle is a weekend brunch item. So who has some good ones? We will be there on a weekend coming up here in January and would love to hit one both Saturday and Sunday.

    We know of the at Ballys, but won't be doing that one on Sunday. If there's champagne I won't want to drive home. :)
