This reminds me a lot of House of Blues, but, considering that Live Nation is a part of it, the similarity doesn't surprise me. Still, this could be a step in the right direction for SLS if Live Nation can get some good acts to play there.

Loved Life and had a great time there a few times, was sad to see it close. Hope this works for SLS.

i new about this for a long time , there a few more venues oppenning, big mistake going from nite club to concert venue that will be empty most of the time.
live nation will just be bidding against then self with hob.
to many venues that are empty most of the nites in fact hob has to do cover bands just get people in there and brooklyn bowl doesnt draw crap and they have tons off money to blow and its the same size venue and they have to book bands 7 days a week becuase of the resturant and bowling alley or the place is dead

concerts last for 90 minutes most dont buy 20$ drinks were clubs they there for a few hours and have tons of money to spend they just marketed and booked the place wrong as life.

sls has alot of changes going on that i know about , if they will still be sls in a few years who knows.

also rumor of sayers club closing but havent confirmed it , its not drawing anybody and it only holds 200 people

I think that's a great improvement in and of itself!
