Just as the title says. Looking for a strip buffet that has King Crab available during weekdays and not part of a special occasion. Thanks for any advice!

Bellagio does. Not positive but I think Aria does as well.
Wynn (currently closed), Wicked Spoon, and Bacchanal are all snow crab to my knowledge.

I'm a huge fan of crab legs and here's my buffet report from my last visit (10/28 for 5 nights). Aria and Bellagio will only have Alaskan King Crab on Friday - Sunday. Rest of the week they will have Snow Crab. I started out at Aria and had plenty of cold snow crab legs. They were refilled as needed. I think its a pretty good buffet...good service, clean and modern. Selection is always pretty good as is the quality. Next night was Bachannal at Caesars. They have Alaskan king crab everyday. They had a separate station with steamed legs. Next was Bellagio for Friday night. Alaskan king crab..cold and fresh and delicious. They will steam them if you ask.

Ok, guess I'll do Caesars. Must just be the dinner buffet and not the lunch?

Was at bucchanal 2 days ago, no king only snow, got there at 3, prob left at 4. Only one kind, but hot or cold. Of note, there was no line at 3, I just walked up to the register and said where do I pay! Was I there to early? Surely by 4 king would be out, if it was coming out. I think the website said supper at 3 or 330.

And to confirm, there were only snow at bellagio last pm, that was a new one for me. They used to have king every night

The Alaska snow crab quota was reduced by 40% from last year, so prices will be up.
