Has anyone been able to book the MG 2 breakfast buffets for 91k? I've been trying to purchase that for weeks now and it's always sold out. I know the rewards are refilled on a schedule, but since I have not seen it available in forever I can't tell if it's being refilled and I'm missing it or if it's just been "sold out" for now. :grrr:

I did submit a question in the FAQ section and they said the rewards are refilled on a schedule from the partner, but can that reward really be THAT popular??

    thanks!

They post rewards at 10.00 Am eastern time Give or take a couple of minutes you have to be on website and get at that time.

I've booked this a couple times in the past...last May would have been my last time. From what I remember it was readily available so I don't think it is sold out because it is over popular. They might just be taking a break on the reward. Best to keep an eye out and as rooster42000 said, I've noticed the rewards to be mostly available in the morning so that would be a good time to check.

Not true. The rewards are refreshed at random times now. And the buffet rewards are usually refreshed every day.

All the non stay buffets go really fast every day. You just have to keep checking.

Was trying to get the Mirage dinner buffet for a while...same thing. Always sold out. Then one time there was one left so I grabbed it. But I was checking multiple times during the day. I've heard part of the problem is people scoop up rewards 'just in case' they decide to use it when in Vegas, then just return it if they don't end up using it. Is that true? I know there's a limit on how many you can use but I don't think there's a limit on how many you can buy.

I did too!! I have been stalking it like crazy all morning and then when I popped back over to rewards, I saw there was ONE left - and I snagged it!

Now I have: $10 free play, $25 free play & $50 free play @ MGM, BOGO entree at Wolfgang Pucks @ MGM, BOGO 4-day monorail passes, and 2 free breakfast buffets @ MGM!

That was 321,500 gold coins I cashed in!!

    Bring on January!

You won't be able to use the 3 free plays and the mgm buffet unless you are entitled to 4 rewards.

Yes I know - I'm entitled to 4 rewards and I have a 4 night stay booked at the MGM so I'm all covered!!

I also verified that the minimum night stay for using the 3 free plays must be equal to the highest night stay required (3 nights in this case with the $50 in free play) not a combined required night stay of all of the free plays...which would be 3 nights + 2 nights + 1 night = 6 nights

What time did you get the reward? I'm also trying to get it for my January trip.

I was trying the continuous "Click reward and Back to Browsing" method today around 3:00 for a MGM Dinner buffet and finally one became available. No other MGM rewards refreshed, though, so maybe I got a refunded one or something.

I've had this buffet via myVegas 3 different times, during 3 different trips. For various reasons:

    1) It's excellent.
    2) It's free.
    3) Unlimited champagne every day.
    4) It's the only (2) award left, other than the Monte Carlo dinner.

Even if you're staying mid-strip, you can take the Monorail.
If you're going with someone, I highly recommend it.
