total rewards play app issue

    I don't really use the TR play app other than when I need to contact a host I usually don't contact so I don't have them saved in my phone. Previously when I open the TR play app a few seconds after loading it would pop a button up that said "contact host" and it had most of my host and their contact info...up until about 2 weeks ago it was fine, now it will not bring that button up, even with restart, log out and back in and even reinstalling it...I have an android, my friend has both android and iPhone and it works on his fine...

    Anyone have this issue or how to resolve it, thanks
