    Hi guys,

Could anyone please help with this? My friends and I are looking for a Casino on the Strip that has a buzzing pool in the daytime. By that I mean a DJ with pumping music, people having a good time, drinking, talking to groups of girls and doesn't have shadow over it most of the day.

We really aren't too fussed about how nice the rooms are as it's just a place to rest for a couple of hours now and again.

I used to stay at Excalibur as they had a great little pool out the back left before they started charging for it and made it a private oasis type of place.

I was thinking Ballys, Treasure Island or Monte Carlo? Does anyone know if these pools are buzzing?

We would be looking to stay 3rd week of September 2016.

    Thank you in advance!

I would recommend looking no further than the Luxor, the pool is banging in the daytime, plenty of girls and the only shadow in the pool will be from the girls large assets.

The pool scene at Bally's is not what you are looking for. I think Flamingo is right up your alley, it's quite a party scene at the pool during the day.

    Thank you for your reply.

I see from your signature that you are going to The Linq too. Have you stayed there before? I here you can use the Flamingo pool?

Something that I've been doing lately is stay somewhere like the Flamingo that has reasonable rates and a great pool and make a reservation at a Mandalay Bay cabana for one of the days. Its like $250 for the day and includes rafts and a personal server to bring you all the drinks and nachos you want. Not too bad if you have a group with you.

Moorea at Mandalay Bay if your not looking for an actual Dayclub.

Not sure if you can use both - I think if you're staying at the Linq, you can only use the Linq pool. And vice versa with the Flamingo.
You're not missing much with the Linq pool. It's not bad, just not the exciting vibe of the Flamingo.

Only $250?! That's great! That must my Sunday - Thursday, no?

That rule was only while the Linq pool was getting renovated I think. The Linq pool vibe is dead vs. Flamingo.

Monte Carlo doesn't have a bad party vibe either. Last time I went there on a Fri. afternoon, I was annoyed I was still sober, as I was one of the few that was.

Monte Carlo and Flamingo pools are probably up your alley. And rooms at either won't break the bank. Mandalay Bay has a good one too but rooms are a little more expensive.

Thanks guys. I've got Flamingo top of my list at the moment. I was looking at Monte Carlo but got a bit put off because Trip Advisor reports saying the pool is in shade a lot of the time?

You know now that I think about it it more than likely was. I believe it was a Monday. But still if you have a group of people its a great option. And the beach club is great there but last time we got a cabana right on the lazy river island and it was amazing. We brought speakers and had our own party. At least worth it to check it out.....

Stopped by the Monte Carlo pool in June. There wasn't a soul there under the age of 180.

See, I had a completely different experience. I was laying out at MC, drunk, and a baby in diapers tried to crawl/walk on my beach chair. True story!
