Last time we booked at a Caesar property we received an email offering to upgrade our reservation about a week before our arrival. Are they still doing this? Haven't received anything yet. Just curious.

    Thank you.

We usually do receive the email. Haven't ever done it since so easy to secure a free upgrade at most of their properties unless they are sold out.

I feel like I usually get those emails, but not always. Probably depends on how close to capacity to hotel is.

I normally receive their email offer about a week ahead of our visit but I use the $20 sandwich instead which always has worked unless they are sold out at the time.

And what sort of "upgrades" do you get?

Usually the chance to upgrade to a different room class at a discount.

Upper floor view room overlooking pool and Bellagio fountains. Well worth the $20 to me.

We just came home today, and we stayed at Paris. We didn't get an email (we also didn't get the room type we booked online). We also booked a room for our daughter/SIL at Bally's at the freinds and family rate. I did get an email to upgrade that room for $30/night, but we ignored it. At check-in, I tried to upgrade to the Jubilee tower, but it was a no-go unless we paid the rate.
