Only one place, not both.
You have to go to player's club to redeem, they will put your info into the computer system so that you can't use it again.

 

Do they have such coupons regularly? I will be in Vegas in January/February

I would say Gold Coast

 

I would say orleans, but I ate brunch there vs. a weekday dinner at GC.

Unlikely I will be able to make it back to Vegas this year, but nice find westie!

Gold Coast's Sunday Brunch and Sunday's dinner has much better choices than its weekday dinner.
I suppose Orleans is doing the same.
