There are single serve coffee makers in the Jubilee Tower rooms. Don't know about the Indigo Tower.

Indigo has the single server coffee makers that use the self serve coffee in a filter pouches. These were the self serve option before K cups came around.

Coffee is not that great, I'd spend the buck and go down to the casino for a cup.
