Hi. I recently got Platinum status. The limo to/from the airport is great, but I'm thinking that my casino host is not coming across with as much as he should. Can anyone tell me what my realistic expectations should be? I would like to have the Prestige level comped (which he never does) and meals. Am I doing something wrong?

We have always gotten meals and theatre tickets comped on the back end. We're in the rooms so little that the Prestige level wouldn't add any value to our stay.

I've been Platinum for years and always gotten food, show tickets and sometimes the spa comped off by my host. I've never been interested in asking for Prestige level as we have the Platinum VIP lounge 24 hours a day for snacks, booze and cappuccinos. However it's not the tier status that gets you the comps other then the limo pickup, it's your play during the trip. If you are a slot player, how many points are you doing a day while staying there?

My situation is similar to Evoni's. I've been Platinum for several years and have never felt the need to request the Prestige level. With your Platinum status, you have access to both VIP lounges at the Palazzo and Venetian (though the Venetian isn't 24 hrs) and also the Gold Lounge in the Venetian. My host comps all F&B and show tickets on the back end. I usually send her a text before I leave/check out and all charges are taken care of. Only once was this not done (I think she was on vacation) but when she returned, the charge was credited back to my credit card.

I have the best host at Venetian who is in Asian Marketing. He also will give you back international deals like 5% back on theo or losses. I have never waited longer than 2 minutes for a text from him. PM me for details.

Most offers and comps are NOT tied to your level. They are tied to play level/ adt/ theo.

My wife and I are Gold (considering the push to Platinum, but honestly, there's little benefit), my cousin in Platinum. We get better offers than he does.

The difference is my wife and I go 3-4 times a year, and spend a LOT of time gambling so we have a high theo. My cousin (who lives in Arizona) goes a couple times a month, so although he has more action, his daily theo is lower.

Sorry to disappoint, but Platinum at Grazie just doesn't get you much by itself.
