Guess what Vegas friend and neighbors!

I have decided YET AGAIN to retire and take a break from Vegas.

Usually its the result of some horrific loss, but in fact this time it is quite the opposite. After a solid 4-year streak, 2015 has turned into my best year yet thanks to a 2-royal/$8,400 craps roll trip in May, a $3,900 hit-n-run in June, and 2 big guttings of the local Rivers casino on recent gift offer pick-up trips. The 2015 win is safely into 5-figures so I COULD play out the streak and just stop when I get down to $10K net win. Buy why? The odds are awful, the flights are brutal, and the room prices are up. Yeah I'm still pricing out trips weekly and have booked and cancelled at least 5 times in the past month. :evillaugh

    But you know what....FUCK IT!

I don't have a trip planned for the first time in memory, and I'm actually feeling fine with that. In fact each time I book a trip I get this knot in the pit of my stomach. It's like I KNOW karma is about to even things out. So I am gonna skip that whole part where I lose!!!

I'll go for a 10-day Florida/Cruise trip this winter.....and get my gamble on big time without a Vegas trip to budget for. Next summer annual Gaggles Bday trip would cost me too much because due to a work schedule shift I would have to take time off and fly in from the East coast. Screw that. Also I probably need to buy a new car next summer. Mid-life Crisis convertible anyone??? .:evillaugh

So anyway, I BeeeJay, VMB Degenerate, hereby claim that I will from this moment forth go into "Semi-Vegas Retirement" until VIMFP 2016 with no trip for the next 400 days.

Gentlemen---place your bets, and commence the mocking!

Good luck, Beejay. I recall making a similar proclamation to my friends a few years ago. I lasted three months, lol.

Didn't Chuck or Hunter mention something about 2015 possibly being the last VIMFP?
