    Yes, there is.

    I didn't go in but the sign outside said all stores and restaurants are open.

    The construction is along the frontage with LV Blvd, mostly under the big "UFO" thing hanging there. There are walking corridors around the construction. Once inside the mall, you would not know there's any construction going on - it's business as usual.

    I would disagree. Everything is open, but the past two times I have walked through there, there was significant construction noise toward the front of the mall.

    there expanding the outside area towards the bus stop towards the the wynn directly been going for a long time.i for the number of stores and resturants they will be adding
