    Does anyone know when it is scheduled to open? A friend and I talked about getting together for dinner one night when I am at Aria next week. I said I don't think Carbone is open yet, but don't know for sure. Thanks

    They're shooting for October-ish but I have a feeling that might slip. I was talking to a few bartenders when I was there a couple weeks ago, and they hadn't even started hiring yet at the time (some of them were planning on applying).
