$28 bucks a night (including tax). Per room per night (not per person). So 140 for you.

FWIW, there is a sticky thread in this forum with all the resort fees. And Luxor's website also notes its fee and what is included when looking up rates

For Mandalay Bay "Two cocktails per room, per stay"

Is that per day / night or per concurrent days stayed, ie: 2 cocktails per room for our trip of tuesday through sunday?

Definitely don't see anything about free drinks on Mandalay Bay's website FAQ re: resort fees:

"What is the Resort Fee and what does it include?
A $32.48 Daily Resort fee (tax inclusive), is applied to each hotel reservation and includes services and amenities that are sure to enhance your experience at Mandalay Bay. The Daily Resort Fee includes the following hotel services:

High speed wireless internet service in your room & public areas(not included unless resort fee is paid).
Cardio Center access located on the Beach Level
    Daily Newspaper
    Unlimited local and 800-number calls
    Outgoing faxes
    Notary services
Complimentary airline boarding pass printing at the Business Center desks or Concierge."

A lot of places used to include some coupons when u check in. A lot have cut those back over the years. Mandalay Bay definitely does not give you a free drink w resort fee.
