    This doesn't look like anything special or unique, just a novel way of presenting a dessert so that it looks like something different than it is.

    Like I could take some vanilla ice cream, let it soften up, slap it against a plate and then put a half ball of yellow custard or lemon gelato on top, two thinly sliced rice krispy squares or sponge cake on the side and then two "strips" or red velvet and I've got "bacon and eggs" for dessert.

    So for something like this I would just check the specialty dessert and ice cream places... they may not serve it this way specifically, but they might have some unique way all their own of serving it like making it look like a taco, a pirate ship or a hamburger or something else.
